Apply now! An exciting opportunity now exists to join one of Australia's leading furniture and homeware retailers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Team Member to be part of an established, growing and supportive retail business.
The successful candidate will be working at our Camberwell Showroom on a casual basis.
Let's get to the nitty gritty, shall we?
We're looking for:
- Minimum 12-18 months experience in either retail and/or customer service
- A passion for retail and a genuine love of interior design and decoration (Interior Styling experience preferred)
- Determination and proactivity to achieve and exceed sales targets
- A customer first attitude with strong customer service skills, focused on establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Assisting with stock control and maintenance of store and visual merchandising standards
- Assisting with office work, organising deliveries and other admin work as needed, ensuring a smooth sales process, both online and in-store.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Technology savvy
- Shopify POS experience preferred but not essential
