The successful candidate will be working at our Camberwell Showroom on a casual basis.

We're looking for:

  • Minimum 12-18 months experience in either retail and/or customer service 
  • A passion for retail and a genuine love of interior design and decoration (Interior Styling experience preferred)
  • Determination and proactivity to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • A customer first attitude with strong customer service skills, focused on establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
  • Assisting with stock control and maintenance of store and visual merchandising standards
  • Assisting with office work, organising deliveries and other admin work as needed, ensuring a smooth sales process, both online and in-store.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Technology savvy
  • Shopify POS experience preferred but not essential
