SHIPPING

 

We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for all homewares and smaller items.

For pieces of furniture, we will contact you directly and provide a quote at competitive prices, however this only applies to metro areas within Australia. 

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING for the following items ONLY:

-Armadillo & Co rugs

-Thread Etiquette Watches

-Stationary

 

How is my order shipped?

We ship via TNT and Australia Post. Lead times may vary depending on your location, so please allow between 1-5 business days. We will endeavor to dispatch your item as soon as possible but in the instance that you require your order urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Most items are dispatched directly from our showroom, where they are reviewed and packaged in perfect condition. In the rare event that an item is dispatched with a manufacturing fault, we will endeavour to send out a replacement as soon as possible. In the event that your order is received damaged in transit we ask that you please notify us on (03)9809 4955 ASAP. As we only ship through a third party courier we do not hold responsibility for the damage however we will always do our best to organise a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible. 

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. You can then track your item online.

 

Do you send to a PO Box Address?

No, unfortunately not. Please provide us with a residential or business address as we do not accept a PO Box number.

 

Can I pick my order up?

Yes! You are welcome to collect your order directly from our showroom in Camberwell.

 

International Shipping

At this stage unfortunately we only ship Australia wide and do not offer international shipping.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately we don't offer cash refund on items purchased. If you change your mind we will happily issue a store credit which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


In the occurrence of a faulty please report it to us within 7 days of your purchase date or receiving your order. We will always endeavour to offer replacement however in the rare occasion that we are unable to supply a replacement, a store credit (in some cases a refund) will be issued.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
